American Association for Long-Term Care Insurance

To educate more insurance professionals about the value of long-term care insurance, the  the American Association for Long-Term Care Insurance will extend their special membership offer to insurance agents belonging to the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT).

“We are committed to increasing awareness for the importance of long-term care planning and providing information and value to as many insurance professionals as possible,” states Jesse Slome, director of the American Association for Long-Term Care Insurance (AALTCI).   The national organization was founded in 1998 and both advocates for the importance of LTC planning and supports insurance professionals who market various insurance options to their clients.

Insurance agents who belong to MDRT need to belong to an industry trade organization according to AALTCI.   “We are pleased to extend our discount to MDRT insurance agents who want to belong to our organization,” Slome shared.   The organization has agreed to extend the discounted $60 annual membership through 2018.

“The Association maintains the nation’s most comprehensive website containing information on long-term care insurance and membership support helps underwrite the cost of various research projects we undertake,” Slome noted.  AALTCI created and encourages the promotion of National Long-Term Care Awareness month held annually in November.
